Not so. You can only be charged with rape when a person is so drunk they would not be able to consent to the act of sex. People can be quite drunk and still aware of what they are doing. You’d need to be nearly comatose; nearly passed out to be in a mental state where you could not give consent. Having a few shots and walking a bit tipsy would not qualify
